"Really enjoyed my visit to Mages Group, another fantastic local engineering company. It is frustrating to hear that they are unable to fill engineering jobs. We really need to work harder at getting local youngsters to see a career in our growing engineering industry. On the other hand, it is hugely exciting to see that order books are full, lots of business is being won, and that our local economy is in such good health."
