MP James Heappey voted in favour of permitting Prime Minister Theresa May to get Brexit negotiations under way.
In a late night vote on Wednesday February 1, MP's from all constituencies cast their vote on the European Union Bill which was backed by 498 votes to 114.
The bill still faces scrutiny from the House of Lords and the House of Commons before it can become law.
The Prime Minister has set a deadline of March 31 to invoke Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty.
The bill is set to go back to the Commons next week.
