Wells MP James Heappey visited Heads Up in South Horrington - a charity which supports people struggling with their mental health.
They provide a host of different activities for people, as well as dementia support - and they have expanded their services significantly over the past two years, despite the challenges of the pandemic.
Mr Heappey had a look around and caught up with owner Bridget Harvey.
He said: "I am always so impressed with the commitment of Bridget and her team to provide support to those struggling in a range of different ways.
"All of us have had moments where our mental health has suffered over the past few years, and with us much more willing to talk about it, and seek help, organisations like Heads Up are even more important.
"I am so proud of all the work Heads Up have done over the past ten years for Somerset residents."
